BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1 Booking
A booking can only be accepted once a booking form and terms
and conditions form are signed and returned to us with a deposit
of £100. The booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation.
2 Payment
Balance payable on arrival or departure of your holiday by cash or PayPal.
3 Payment protection
All monies paid, will be held in a secure account.
In the unlikely event of the holiday not going ahead, or the insolvency of Shetland Photography Holidays, all monies paid will be covered and returned .
4 Alterations By You
Any alterations to your booking by you, should be received in writing,while we do our very best to accommodate these changes, they can not be guaranteed.
5 Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing. The date on the letter will indicate the cancellation charges, as follows:

| 31 - 40 days | 75% of holiday |
| 0- 30 days | 100% of holiday |
6 Alteration by Us
In the unlikely event we have to make any changes to your holiday we will advise you at the soonest possible time, but we are not obliged to do so or make any form of compensation.
7 Cancellation By Us
We never cancel a holiday due to minimum numbers . In the event of a major change, we will inform you as soon as possible you have the right to except the change, take an alternative holiday or withdraw from the contract, where all monies paid will be refunded.
8 Health
Participants should be fit for the activities before arrival, if you have any doubts, please ask. Any medical conditions that could effect the progress of the holiday should be included in the booking form. Some of the Holidays may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical complaints.
9 Participation
As a booking condition you agree to accept any decision of authority from leaders , guides and employees, whilst on the holiday. If it is the opinion of these individuals that your conduct or /and happy ,safe and comfortable manner, these individuals reserve the right to exclude you from all or part of the holiday. In such cases no refund or liability would be given and any costs
involved by us would be refunded by you.
10 Guides and Itinery
The nature of the holidays and courses is such the the itinerys suggested are a guide to the activities that are likely to take place Weather can effect sailing and time on location.
Wildlife sightings can never be absolutely guaranteed. While every effort will be made to abide by the itinery, it is not a contractual obligation.
11 Insurance
It is an essential condition that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover the entire holiday or course. We ask that you let us receive a copy of your insurance document on payment of the balance of your holiday.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of personal items and equipment.
Some of the locations and activities could be potentially dangerous and are entered into at your own risk.
12 Data protection
The information supplied by you will be held for the purpose of the booking and informing you of future holidays and promotions. and could be passed on to others involved in the holiday or course you have booked. But will not be passed on to any other third party. If you wish your details not to be used in such a way please inform us when booking.
13 Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please inform us immediately so we have the chance to put things right quickly. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally please inform us in writing with in 31 days of your return, and we will do our best to reach a amicable solution. Complaints after this date cannot be excepted.
